Hive City Arbitratorum

Feared by Hive City black market bosses, the Arbitratorum houses cells, armory, and bureaucracy of one, of the largest Imperial organizations. The rooftop has a landing pad for skimmers and small aircraft, which can transform into a firing platform. With fortifications barring those of planetary defense force, Law Enforcement headquarters can withstand attacks not only from gangs but even from an invading army.
